Embracing Failure, Learning, and Growth in the EdTech Space.
Hello LinkedIn community! It’s been a while since I last updated my posts, and I owe you an explanation. After leaving my leadership position in a prominent organization, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in the education technology (EdTech) sector. Unfortunately, my venture didn’t succeed as I had hoped, and I faced setbacks that led me to alienation. I joined the organisation which believed in me and started all over again. Today, I want to share my story, embrace failure, and highlight the valuable lessons I’ve learned along the way.
1️⃣ Embracing Failure: It’s important to acknowledge and embrace failure as a natural part of the entrepreneurial journey. Through sharing my experience, I aim to break the stigma surrounding failure and encourage others to learn from setbacks.
2️⃣ The EdTech Landscape: EdTech is revolutionizing the education industry, bridging gaps, and creating new opportunities for learning. Let’s explore the latest trends, innovative solutions, and the impact of technology in schools and institutions.
3️⃣ Learning from Mistakes: Reflecting on my failed venture, I’ve gained valuable insights into what works and what doesn’t in the EdTech space. I’ll share lessons learned, pitfalls to avoid, and how to leverage technology effectively in educational settings.
4️⃣ Resilience and Perseverance: Overcoming challenges and bouncing back after failure is crucial. Let’s delve into strategies for building resilience, maintaining a positive mindset, and finding motivation to pursue new opportunities.
5️⃣ The Future of Education: As we navigate a rapidly evolving digital era, it’s important to discuss the future of education and the role of EdTech in transforming traditional learning models. Let’s explore innovative approaches, personalized learning, and preparing students for the jobs of tomorrow.
My LinkedIn journey resumes with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of the challenges in the EdTech landscape. I believe that failure is an opportunity for growth and learning. Let’s embrace it together, share our experiences, and contribute to the conversation on shaping the future of education. I look forward to connecting with you all once again!

Note: While leading one of the best business unit in last one year, the best part was completing 600 days of fitness challenge, loosing 25+ kgs and persuing power lifting as a new hobby and sport. I will write more about this part in the coming days.
